TESTIMONIALS
What Our Students Say
The Ri’aayah Institute is my first and now only choice for me and my children to learn. Ustaadhatee Aminah is a very patient and thorough instructor, maashaaAllah. I first started taking classes more than two years ago, and I could not read in Arabic, nor did I know anything about Tajweed. My then two year old started classes with her a few months after me. MaashaaAllah now at 4 years old, he can read in Arabic as well as identify Tajweed rules within the Quran. Her level of patience and understanding when dealing with not only my very quick spanned toddlers, but taking time to make sure We understand the material thoroughly before we move onto the next portion. She is not shy of giving tough love when needed, but she does it in an encouraging approach. This is why I will always choose and recommend Ri’aayah Institute.

Studying Arabic & Tajweed
As salaam alaikunna! I’ve been one of Ustaadha Aaminah’s students since 2020, so a year now and I haven’t found a better teacher. I’ve been to many classes and have had many teacher but not like Aaminah. She’s hands on and put her all into us. She’s kind but also stern when we need it. She pushes her students to be great. May Allah bless her with good in this life in the next and allow her teaching us to weight heavy on her scales of good deeds Ameen!!

Studying Tajweed
Alhamdulillah, I have been a student of Aaminah for a few months. I don’t purify anyone before Allah. Even though I joined the class late in the session, she provided me with the detailed well organized and clear instructions of materials she had covered in the form of PDF files and audio video recordings. I find her to be an excellent instructor who cares about the progress and achievement of her students. She goes that extra mile to help them…making herself available to assist them. Alhamdulillah, for allowing me to be part of her classes. Thank you, my teacher for taking me on as a student.

I’m so so glad that I met Aminah. I have been one of her students for the last 2 years! I’m currently enrolled in the Tajweed class, supplemental reading for Qur’aan and just started the supplication class during Ramadhan. AlhamduLillah she is very organized and her “ear” for hearing the application of Tajweed rules and , enunciation, is always ON and we all love it and her style of teaching over all. She delivers the materials in a clear concise manner while at the same time very patient with us to ensure we all understand before moving on. She even takes her personal time outside of class to set up study sessions so that we all feel comfortable with the lesson before moving on. Like I said, I’m beyond happy with her as my teacher and especially my sister.
